Protected denomination of origin
The centenary olive trees, from which their juice is extracted, are integrated in a singular habitat, formed by different varieties of vegetables which preserve this enclave´s biodiversity. Cultivated with maximum respect for the environment, with ecological certificate and of the D.O. (origin denomination) Poniente de Granada. The early recollection of the olive and its immediate cold grinding, guarantees maximum quality and fruity of the oil.
